However, as you might experience before in this industry, since we’re dealing with nature and we’re subject to climate changes and production variables, some product might arrive with imperfections.
In this case, we kindly ask you to:
1. Take pictures as soon as you see them and want to share feedback with us. It is extremely important to capture the bar code in the picture since we must report them right away with the producers so they can correct this issue urgently.
2. Send them within 3 days after your delivery day.
3. The refund or credit will be issued amount will be directly proportional to the amount of stems we can see in the pictures.
